2、反应机制
This antibody recognizes the same epitope as clone RMP1-14 Programmed death-1(PD-1). PD-1是一种由Pdcd1基因编码的50-55 kDa细胞表面受体,属于CD28家族。它主要在活化T细胞、B细胞及髓系细胞中瞬时表达,可通过结合PD-L1/PD-L2配体传递抑制信号,减弱T细胞活性并促进其凋亡。PD-1对维持免疫耐受至关重要,其缺失会引发自身免疫病变。

3、作用说明
抗体能阻断PD-1与配体的结合,从而恢复T细胞抗肿瘤能力,是具有潜力的癌症免疫治疗候选抗体。
4、推荐用量
常见的使用浓度为10mg/kg (小鼠体重),成年小鼠的体重大约在20-40克之间,具体可能因品系和个体差异略有不同,所以一般常规推荐用量为200ug/只小鼠。
频率:一周2-3次,建议参考多篇文献,寻找适合自己实验的注射方案。
