背景介绍
Lipopolysaccharide (LPS) solution (500X) is a ready-to-use LPS solution derived from E. coli 026:B6. LPS is a major component of the cell wall of Gram-negative bacteria. It is highly immunogenic and can strongly activate immune cells carrying the CD14/TLR4/MD2 receptor complex. The reagent is designed for in vitro culture of B cells, monocytes, macrophages, and other cells that are responsive to LPS.
