This product is a protein lysis buffer specially designed for human SH-SY5Y neuroblastoma cells.It meets the requirements for protein sample preparation in research fields such as neurobiology, neurodegenerative diseases, and tumor signaling pathways.
Key Notes:
Boil for 3~5 minutes prior to use；
Prepared from cells lysed in RIPA buffer (supplemented with protease and phosphatase inhibitors);
