Mouse heart Tissue Lysate

Supplied in SDS Sample Buffer: 50 mM Tris-HCl (pH 6.8 at 25°C), 2% w/v SDS, 10% glycerol, 1% v/v β-Mercaptoethanol, 0.01% w/v bromophenol blue

-20 °C for 1 months under sterile conditions;
-80 °C for 24 months under sterile conditions.
Please avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

This product is a high-quality, ready-to-use whole tissue lysate prepared from freshly harvested mouse cardiac tissue. The tissue is homogenized in a mild RIPA-based lysis buffer containing a comprehensive cocktail of protease and phosphatase inhibitors to preserve protein integrity, post-translational modifications, and signaling complex structures. The lysate is clarified by centrifugation and filtered to remove tissue debris.
