PC-12 Cell Lysate

Supplied in SDS Sample Buffer: 50 mM Tris-HCl (pH 6.8 at 25°C), 2% w/v SDS, 10% glycerol, 1% v/v β-Mercaptoethanol, 0.01% w/v bromophenol blue

-20 °C for 1 months under sterile conditions;
-80 °C for 24 months under sterile conditions.
Please avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

This product is a ready-to-use, high-quality whole-cell lysate prepared from PC-12 cells cultured under standard conditions. After collection and washing, the cells are lysed in a mild RIPA lysis buffer containing a cocktail of protease and phosphatase inhibitors to maximize the preservation of protein integrity, post-translational modifications, and native protein complex structures. The lysate is clarified by centrifugation and filtered to remove cellular debris.
