    • Flow cytometric analysis of NHP PBMC labeling HLA-DR PerCP-Cy5.5 Isotype after incubated for 30 min on ice in PBS (Blue) compared with NHP FcR Blocking Reagent at 3 µg/test (Red) to block Fc receptors and non-specific protein. Flow cytometry and data analysis were performed using BD FACSymphony™ A1 and FlowJo™ software.
