背景介绍

FcR Blocking Reagent is a specialized reagent used in flow cytometry experiments to prevent non-specific binding between the Fc segment of antibodies and Fc receptors (FcRs) on the cell surface. This is crucial to avoid false positive or negative results in immunofluorescence staining. Human FcR Blocking Reagent is compatible with flow cytometric staining with anti-human CD16, CD32, and CD64 antibodies.

组分和操作说明
- If the customer uses the detection antibody with human species after the blocking step, please make sure to use the labeled primary antibody.
流式分析
- Flow cytometric analysis of human PBMC (human peripheral blood mononuclear cell) labelling Goat Anti - Mouse IgG Alexa Fluor® 488 after incubated for 30 min on ice in Human Fc Receptor Blocker antibody at 20 µl/test (Left) to block Fc receptors and non-specific protein compared with PBS (Right). Gated on total viable cells.
- Flow cytometric analysis of THP-1 (Human monocytic leukemia monocyte) labelling Goat Anti - Rabbit IgG Alexa Fluor® 488 after incubated for 30 min on ice in Human Fc Receptor Blocker antibody at 20 µl/test (Red) to block Fc receptors and non-specific protein. Compared with PBS (Black) or unlabelled control (cells without incubation with primary antibody and secondary antibody) (Blue). Gated on total viable cells.
