背景介绍

  • Belantamab is an antibody-drug conjugate targeting B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA), specifically designed for the treatment of relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma. The drug is composed of a humanized monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to BCMA, a stable linker, and the potent cytotoxic agent monomethyl auristatin F (MMAF), which precisely delivers the toxin into myeloma cells. It kills cancer cells by disrupting microtubule structure and inducing immune responses.
