背景介绍

  • Amivantamab is an innovative targeted therapeutic drug used for the treatment of specific types of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). It is a fully human, bispecific monoclonal antibody that simultaneously targets the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and the mesenchymal-epithelial transition factor (MET). The drug operates through a dual mechanism: firstly, it blocks the EGFR and MET signaling pathways, thereby inhibiting tumor cell growth and proliferation; secondly, by leveraging its antibody structure, it recruits the patient's own immune cells to attack and kill cancer cells.
