More HRP molecules bring higher sensitivity of the Immunoassays. STARStreptavidin-PolyHRP is easy to use and user-friendly . The detection processes are same with conventional assays. Take ELISA as an example, the principles of assay scheme is the same (such as number of steps, incubatlon intervals).
