Mouse Interleukin-4 Receptor (IL-4R) is a critical transmembrane protein that orchestrates immune responses by binding its primary ligands IL-4 and IL-13, functioning through two distinct receptor complexes—the type I receptor heterodimerizing with the common gamma chain and the type II receptor pairing with IL-13Rα1—to activate downstream Jak-STAT6 signaling pathways that drive Th2 cell differentiation, B-cell class switching to IgE, and the expression of genes essential for allergic inflammation and helminth defense, making this receptor system indispensable for understanding adaptive immunity and a pivotal target for therapeutic intervention in mouse models of allergic diseases, autoimmune disorders, and cancer immunotherapy research.

#1 sample is undiluted samples are as follows: Mouse spleen cells stimulated with 100 ng/ml IFN-γ and 1 μg/mL LPS for 3days (100%). The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted. The mean target concentration was determined to be 59.46 pg/mL in stimulated mouse spleen cell supernatant.#2 sample is undiluted samples are as follows: Balb/c mouse serum was 4fold dilution.
