背景介绍

  • Mouse CCL17 (TARC) is a CC chemokine that acts as the primary ligand for CCR4, specifically recruiting Th2 cells and regulatory T cells (Tregs). Produced by dendritic cells and macrophages under inflammatory stimulation, it serves as a key mediator of type 2 immunity. Its elevated expression drives allergic pathologies such as asthma and atopic dermatitis by promoting leukocyte infiltration and Th2-mediated inflammation, making it both a biomarker and a promising therapeutic target in allergic disease research.

      The concentrations of Mouse CCL17 were measured and interpolated from the target standard curves and corrected for sample dilution.
