组分和操作说明
多重免疫组化
mIHC shows positive staining in paraffin-embedded human tonsil (A). Anti-FOXP3 Rabbit mAb (S0B0113) was used at 1/200 dilution (Red, B), Anti-CD25/IL-2Ra Rabbit mAb (S0B0290) was used at 1/200 dilution (Green, C), and Anti-CD4 Rabbit mAb (S0B2179) was used at 1/200 dilution (White, D), followed by a HRP Polymer for Mouse & Rabbit IgG (ready to use). Counterstained with hematoxylin (Blue). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris/EDTA buffer pH9.0 was performed before commencing with mIHC staining protocol.
