组分和操作说明
多重免疫组化
mIHC shows positive staining in paraffin-embedded human tonsil (A). Anti- CK-Pan Rabbit mAb (S0B2118) was used at 1/1000 dilution (magenta, B), Anti-FOXP3 Mouse mAb (S0B2193) was used at 1/100 dilution (Green, C), Anti-CD8α Mouse mAb (S0B2148) was used at 1/1000 dilution (White, D), and Anti-Ki67 Mouse mAb (S0B2167) was used at 1/200 dilution (Yellow, E), followed by a HRP Polymer for Mouse & Rabbit IgG (ready to use). Counterstained with hematoxylin (Blue). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris/EDTA buffer pH9.0 was performed before commencing with mIHC staining protocol.
