CD103, also known as integrin αEβ7, is a transmembrane heterodimer complex primarily expressed on the surface of various immune cells, including intraepithelial lymphocytes (IELs), tissue-resident memory T cells (TRM), and dendritic cells. It plays a crucial role in cell adhesion and migration through its interaction with E-cadherin, a cellular adhesion molecule found on epithelial cells. CD103 is a hallmark of immune cells residing in mucosal tissues such as the gut, lung, and skin, and is involved in immune surveillance and regulation. In cancer, CD103+ immune cells are associated with immune checkpoint pathways and can serve as predictive markers for immunotherapy response in various malignancies.
流式分析
Flow cytometric analysis of mouse CD103 expression on C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes. C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes were stained with Brilliant Violet 421™ Rat Anti-Mouse CD3 Antibody and either PerCP-Cy5.5 Armenian hamster IgG Isotype Control (left panel) or SDT PerCP-Cy5.5 Armenian hamster Anti-Mouse CD103 Antibody (right panel) at 1.25μl/test. Total viable cells, as determined by Fixable Viability Dye 515 (S0D0013), were used for analysis. Flow cytometry and data analysis were performed using Agilent NovoCyte Quanteon and FlowJo™ software.
