背景介绍
  • CX3CR1 is a seven-transmembrane G-protein-coupled receptor expressed on monocytes, macrophages, dendritic cells, microglia and tissue-patrolling lymphocytes that serves as the exclusive receptor for the unique membrane-tethered or soluble chemokine CX3CL1 (fractalkine), thereby orchestrating leukocyte adhesion, chemotaxis and survival during development, homeostasis, viral and bacterial infections, inflammatory diseases such as atherosclerosis and rheumatoid arthritis, neuroinflammatory conditions including Alzheimer’s disease, and tumor progression or metastasis, while also acting as a co-receptor for respiratory syncytial virus entry into airway epithelium and modulating antiviral immunity via IL-10 induction.

  • 流式分析

    • Flow cytometric analysis of Mouse CX3CR1 expression on BALB/c mouse splenocytes. BALB/c mouse splenocytes were stained with Brilliant Violet 510™ Rat Anti-Human/Mouse CD11b Antibody and either Pacific Blue™ Mouse IgG2a, κ Isotype Control (left panel) or SDT Pacific Blue™ Mouse Anti-Mouse CX3CR1 Antibody (right panel) at 2 μl/test. Total viable cells, as determined by Fixable Viability Dye 515 (S0D0013), were used for analysis. Flow cytometry and data analysis were performed using Agilent NovoCyte Quanteon and FlowJo™ software.
