CD294, also known as CRTH2, PTGDR2, or GPR44, is a seven-transmembrane G protein-coupled receptor primarily expressed on Th2 cells, eosinophils, basophils, and type-2 innate lymphoid cells (ILC2). It is involved in mediating the chemotaxis of these cells to sites of allergic inflammation, such as the asthmatic lung, and plays a role in preventing apoptosis in Th2 cells.
流式分析
Flow cytometric analysis of Human CD294 expression on human PBMC (human peripheral blood mononuclear cell). Human PBMC were stained with Alexa Fluor® 700 Rat IgG2a, κ Isotype Control (left panel) or SDT Alexa Fluor® 700 Rat Anti-Human CD294 Antibody (right panel) at 5 μl/test. Total viable cells, as determined by Fixable Viability Dye 662 (S0D0016), were used for analysis. Flow cytometry and data analysis were performed using Agilent NovoCyte Quanteon and FlowJo™ software.
