The mouse lineage panel has been designed to react with cells from the major hematopoietic cell lineages, such as T lymphocytes, B lymphocytes, monocytes/macrophages, granulocytes, NK cells, and erythrocytes. The Pacific Blue™ anti-Mouse Lineage Antibody Cocktail is designed for the flow cytometric identification of hematopoietic progenitors in mouse bone marrow. Components include anti-mouse CD3, clone 17A2; anti-mouse Ly-6G, clone S-R481; anti mouse CD11b, clone S-R574; anti-mouse CD45R/B220, clone S-R519; anti-mouse TER 119/Erythroid cells, clone S-R517.
流式分析
Flow cytometric analysis of the major hematopoietic cell lineages expression on Balb/c mouse bone marrow cells were stained with PE/Cy7 Rat IgG Isotype Control (Left panel) or SDT PE-Cy7 Rat Anti-Mouse CD117 Antibody (S-R681) (Right panel, S0B5669) at 0.25 μg/test. Flow cytometry and data analysis were performed using BD FACSymphony™ A1 and FlowJo™ software.
