XCR1 is a conserved, 7-transmembrane G-protein-coupled receptor selectively expressed on CD8α⁺ and CD103⁺ classical dendritic cells; its exclusive ligand XCL1 is secreted by activated CD8⁺ T and NK cells, forming a chemotactic feedback loop that recruits antigen-loaded DCs into lymphoid tissue and optimizes cross-presentation, Th1 cytotoxicity and antiviral/antitumor immunity, making the XCR1–XCL1 axis an emerging target for cancer immunotherapy and vaccine adjuvant design.
流式分析
Flow cytometric analysis of Human XCR1 expression on Human PBMC (human peripheral blood mononuclear cells). Human PBMC were stained with Brilliant Violet 421™ Mouse Anti-Human CD141 Antibody and either SDT FITC Rat IgG2a, κ Isotype Control (Left panel) or FITC Rat Anti-Human XCR1 Antibody (Right panel) at 1.25 μl/test. Flow cytometry and data analysis were performed using BD FACSymphony™ A1 and FlowJo™ software.
