CD309, also known as VEGFR-2 or KDR, is a type III receptor tyrosine kinase that functions as the primary mediator of VEGF-induced angiogenesis, endothelial cell proliferation, migration, survival, and vascular permeability by activating downstream signaling pathways including MAPK, PI3K-Akt, and PLCγ1 upon ligand binding.
流式分析
Flow cytometric analysis of bEnd.3 (Mouse brain endothelioma, Right) / NIH/3T3 (Mouse embryonic fibroblast, Left) cells labelling CD309 antibody at 1/200 dilution (1 μg)/ (Red) compared with a Rat monoclonal IgG (Black) isotype control and an unlabelled control (cells without incubation with primary antibody and secondary antibody) (Blue). Goat Anti - Rat IgG PE was used as the secondary antibody.
