CD66a, also known as CEACAM1 (carcinoembryonic antigen-related cell adhesion molecule 1), is a cell surface glycoprotein belonging to the immunoglobulin superfamily. It plays important roles in cell adhesion, differentiation, and immune regulation. CD66a is expressed on various cell types, including epithelial cells, endothelial cells, and certain immune cells. It has been implicated in processes such as tumor suppression, inflammation, and pathogen interactions.
流式分析
Flow cytometric analysis of BALB/c mouse splenocytes labelling Mouse CD66a antibody at 1/200 dilution (1 μg) / (Right panel) compared with a Mouse IgG1, κ Isotype Control / (Left panel). Goat Anti-Mosue IgG Alexa Fluor® 488 was used as the secondary antibody. Then cells were stained with CD45R/B220 - Brilliant Violet 421™ Antibody separately.
