GPR15 is a class-A orphan G-protein-coupled receptor best known for guiding colon-specific homing of T cells, especially FOXP3+ Tregs and effector subsets, via its recently identified ligand C10orf99 (GPR15L), a 9 kDa chemokine-like peptide abundant in gut epithelia; beyond establishing intestinal immune homeitasis, GPR15 also serves as an HIV/SIV co-receptor, is up-regulated by TGF-β and the aryl hydrocarbon receptor, exhibits species-specific expression patterns, and has emerged as a potential therapeutic target for colitis and other mucosal inflammatory disorders.

Flow cytometric analysis of Human PBMC (human peripheral blood mononuclear cells) labelling Human GPR15 antibody at 1/100 dilution (2 μg) / (Right panel) compared with a Mouse IgG2a, κ Isotype Control / (Left panel). Followed by Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) biotin and Sav-PE. Then cells were stained with CD4 - Brilliant Violet 421™ Antibody separately.
