CD11c is a type I transmembrane protein and a member of the β2 integrin family, primarily expressed on dendritic cells, monocytes, macrophages, neutrophils, and some B cells. It forms a heterodimer with CD18, known as integrin αXβ2. This molecule plays a crucial role in immune cell functions such as adhesion, phagocytosis, and cell migration. CD11c is also involved in the regulation of B cell homeostasis and the development of T cells in the thymus. Additionally, it has been implicated in the clearance of apoptotic cells by microglia during developmental apoptosis.
流式分析
Flow cytometric analysis of Human CD11c expression on human peripheral blood leukocytes. Human Peripheral Blood leukocytes were stained with APC-Cy7 Mouse IgG1 Isotype Control (Left panel) or SDT APC-Cy7 Mouse Anti-Human CD11c Antibody (Right panel) at 1.25 μl/test treated with True-Stain Monocyte Blocker™. Flow cytometry and data analysis were performed using BD FACSymphony™ A1 and FlowJo™ software.
