CD185, also known as CXCR5, is a 43 kDa G protein-coupled chemokine receptor expressed on follicular helper T (Tfh) cells, B cells, and some memory T cells, where it guides these immune cells into B-cell follicles within secondary lymphoid organs by binding its ligand CXCL13, thereby orchestrating germinal-center formation, affinity maturation and class-switching of antibodies; dysregulated CXCR5 signaling is implicated in autoimmune diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus and in certain lymphomas, making it a potential therapeutic target.
流式分析
Flow cytometric analysis of Human CD185 expression on human PBMC (human peripheral blood mononuclear cells). Human PBMC were stained with Brilliant Violet 421™ Mouse Anti-Human CD19 Antibody and either Biotin Mouse IgG1, κ Isotype Control (Left panel) or SDT Biotin Mouse Anti-Human CD185 Antibody (Right panel) at 5μl/test followed by Sav-iFluor 488. Flow cytometry and data analysis were performed using BD FACSymphony™ A1 and FlowJo™ software.
