CD181, also known as CXCR1, is a 67–70 kDa G-protein-coupled receptor that selectively binds the chemokine interleukin-8 (IL-8) and mediates rapid neutrophil activation, chemotaxis and respiratory burst through Gαi-triggered calcium flux and phospholipase D signaling; expressed on granulocytes, NK cells, monocytes, endothelial cells and oligodendrocytes, it functions as a homodimer or heterodimer with CD182 (CXCR2), and its sustained up-regulation has been implicated in systemic lupus erythematosus-associated hemolytic anemia and other inflammatory disorders.
流式分析
Flow cytometric analysis of Human CD181 expression on human peripheral blood Leukocytes. Human peripheral blood Leukocytes were stained with either FITC Mouse IgG2b, κ Isotype Control (Left panel) or SDT FITC Mouse Anti-Human CD181 Antibody (Right panel) at 5 μl/test. Flow cytometry and data analysis were performed using BD FACSymphony™ A1 and FlowJo™ software.
