背景介绍
  • CD107b, also known as lysosome-associated membrane protein 2 (LAMP-2), is a highly glycosylated type I transmembrane protein with a molecular weight of approximately 105120 kDa. It is primarily located in the lysosomal/endosomal membranes of nearly all cells and can be transiently expressed on the surface of activated platelets, activated lymphocytes, and some tumor cell lines. LAMP-2 plays crucial roles in various cellular processes, including cell adhesion, cellular homeostasis, autophagocytosis, antigen presentation, and protection of the lysosome. Additionally, it may be involved in tumor cell metastasis by mediating adhesion to vascular endothelium.

  • 流式分析

    • Flow cytometric analysis of CD107b expression on C57BL/6 mouse BMDMs. C57BL/6 mouse BMDMs were stained with PE Rat Anti-Mouse F4/80 Antibody and either Biotin Rat IgG1, κ Isotype Control (left panel) or SDT Biotin Rat Anti-Mouse CD107b Antibody (right panel) at 2 μl/test followed by Sav-iFluor 488. Flow cytometry and data analysis were performed using BD FACSymphony™ A1 and FlowJo™ software.
