CD107b, also known as LAMP2 (Lysosome-Associated Membrane Protein 2), is a heavily glycosylated type I transmembrane protein that constitutes a major component of the lysosomal membrane, where it plays critical roles in maintaining lysosomal integrity, autophagy, and chaperone-mediated autophagy by acting as a receptor for chaperone–substrate complexes on the lysosomal surface.
流式分析
Human PBMCs (human peripheral blood mononuclear cells) were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilization with the 0.1% Tween. Cells were then intracellularly stained with Alexa Fluor® 647 Mouse Anti-Human CD3 Antibody and either Biotin Mouse IgG1, k Isotype Control (left panel) or SDT Biotin Mouse Anti-Human CD107b/LAMP2 Antibody (right panel) at 5 μl/test followed by Sav-iFluor 488. Flow cytometry and data analysis were performed using BD FACSymphony™ A1 and FlowJo™ software.
