CD309, also known as VEGFR-2 or KDR, is a type III receptor tyrosine kinase that functions as the primary mediator of VEGF-induced angiogenesis, endothelial cell proliferation, migration, survival, and vascular permeability by activating downstream signaling pathways including MAPK, PI3K-Akt, and PLCγ1 upon ligand binding.
流式分析
Flow cytometric analysis of CD309 expression on bEnd.3 (Mouse brain endothelioma, right) / NIH/3T3 (Mouse embryonic fibroblast, left). Cells from bEnd.3 / NIH/3T3 were stained with either Pacific Blue Rat IgG2a, k Isotype Control (black line histogram) or SDT Pacific Blue Rat Anti-Mouse CD309 Antibody (red line histogram) at 2 μl/test. Flow cytometry and data analysis were performed using BD FACSymphony™ A1 and FlowJo™ software.
