背景介绍

  • Isotype control antibodies, to estimate the nonspecific binding of target. Use at concentrations comparable to those of the specific antibody of interest.

  • 流式分析

    • Flow cytometric analysis of human PBMC (human peripheral blood mononuclear cells) labeled with Syrian Hamster IgG Isotype Control antibody at 1/20 dilution (1 μg) / (right panel) compared with an unlable Control / (left panel). Goat Anti-Syrian Hamster IgG Alexa Fluor® 488 was used as the secondary antibody. Flow cytometry and data analysis were performed using BD FACSymphony™ A1 and FlowJo™ software.

    • Flow cytometric analysis of human PBMC (human peripheral blood mononuclear cells) fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with 0.1% Tween. Cells were labeled with Syrian Hamster IgG Isotype Control antibody at 1/20 dilution (1 μg) / (right panel) compared with an unlable Control / (left panel). Goat Anti-Syrian Hamster IgG Alexa Fluor® 488 was used as the secondary antibody. Flow cytometry and data analysis were performed using BD FACSymphony™ A1 and FlowJo™ software.
