Human IL-4R (Interleukin-4 Receptor) is a critical cell surface receptor involved in immune regulation and inflammatory responses, composed of the IL-4Rα chain (CD124) paired with either the common γ-chain (γc, CD132) or IL-13Rα1 to form Type I or Type II receptors.
