The CD360 protein, also known as the B-cell receptor CD360 or Leukocyte Immunoglobulin-Like Receptor B1 (LILRB1), is an inhibitory receptor primarily expressed on the surface of immune cells such as B cells, monocytes, dendritic cells, and NK cells. Belonging to the Leukocyte Immunoglobulin-Like Receptor (LILR) family, it recognizes ligands like MHC class I molecules (e.g., HLA-G) and transmits inhibitory signals, thereby negatively regulating immune responses. It plays a critical role in maintaining immune homeostasis, preventing excessive activation, and mediating immune escape. Dysregulation of its function is closely associated with autoimmune diseases, infections, and tumor immune evasion, making it a potential target for immunotherapy research.
流式分析
Flow cytometric analysis of Human PBMC (human peripheral blood mononuclear cells) labelling Human CD360 antibody at 1/200 dilution (1 μg) / (Right panel) compared with a Mouse IgG1, κ Isotype Control / (Left panel). Goat Anti-Mouse IgG Alexa Fluor® 647 was used as the secondary antibody. Then cells were stained with CD19 - Brilliant Violet 421™ Antibody separately.
