CD191 (officially designated CD191, also termed C-C chemokine receptor type 1, CCR1) is a 41 kDa seven-transmembrane G-protein-coupled receptor encoded by the CCR1 gene on chromosome 3p; it is predominantly expressed on monocytes, granulocytes, and a subset of T cells, where it binds the CC chemokines CCL3 (MIP-1α), CCL5 (RANTES), CCL7 (MCP-3) and CCL23 (MPIF-1) to trigger intracellular signaling that mediates chemotactic recruitment of effector leukocytes to inflammatory sites, thereby playing key roles in host defense against infection, regulation of inflammatory responses, and susceptibility to viral and parasitic pathogens.

Flow cytometric analysis of human peripheral blood Leukocyte labelling Human CD191 antibody at 1/200 (1 μg) dilution. Goat Anti-Mouse IgG Alexa Fluor® 488 was used as the secondary antibody. Then cells were stained with CD14 - Brilliant Violet 421™ antibody separately.
