CD200R is a trans-membrane glycoprotein of the immunoglobulin superfamily encoded by CD200R1, expressed chiefly on myeloid cells (macrophages, dendritic cells, microglia) and some lymphoid subsets; when engaged by its ligand CD200 (OX-2) it becomes tyrosine-phosphorylated in its cytoplasmic NPxY motif, recruits the adaptor Dok-2 and RasGAP, thereby dampening Ras/MAPK and NF-κB signaling to suppress production of TNF-α, interferons and iNOS, curb mast-cell degranulation, restrain ILC2 effector cytokines, and broadly down-regulate innate and adaptive inflammatory responses, a signaling axis that is exploited by tumors for immune evasion and is being therapeutically targeted to treat asthma, neuroinflammation and cancer .

Flow cytometric analysis of human peripheral blood Leukocyte labelling Human CD200R antibody at 1/200 (1 μg) dilution. Goat Anti-Mouse IgG Alexa Fluor® 488 was used as the secondary antibody. Then cells were stained with CD4 - Brilliant Violet 421™ antibody separately.
