背景介绍

  • CD182, also known as CXCR2 or IL-8 receptor beta, is a 67-70 kDa member of the G-protein-coupled receptor family with seven transmembrane regions. It is expressed on various cell types, including neutrophils, natural killer cells, T cell subsets, monocytes, endothelial cells, and others. CD182 plays a crucial role in mediating chemotaxis, cell activation, proliferation, and angiogenesis. It binds to chemokines such as IL-8, NAP-2, GCP-2, and GRO-alpha, -beta, and -gamma, which induce these biological effects. This receptor is also involved in neutrophil migration to sites of inflammation and is essential for the positioning of oligodendrocyte precursors in the developing spinal cord.

    • Flow cytometric analysis of BALB/c mouse bone marrow labelling Mouse CD182 antibody at 1/200 (1 μg) dilution/ (Right panel) compared with a Rat IgG2a, κ Isotype Control / (Left panel). Goat Anti-Rat IgG Alexa Fluor® 647 was used as the secondary antibody. Cells were stained with LY6G/LY6C - Pacific Blue™ Antibody separately.
