背景介绍
This antibody has been tested by ELISA to ensure minimal cross-reaction with bovine serum proteins, mouse serum proteins and rat serum proteins.
流式分析
Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells were stained with Alexa Fluor® 594 Mouse Anti-Human CD19 antibody and either Human IgG Isotype Control (Left panel) or SDT Human Anti-Human CD40 antibody (Right panel). Goat Anti-Human IgG, Fcγ Fragment Specific (min X Bov, Ms, Rat Sr Prot) (Alexa Fluor® 594 Conjugate) at 1/2000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Flow cytometry and data analysis were performed using BD FACSymphony™ A1 and FlowJo™ software.
