背景介绍
Serum and CSF p-tau205 is a highly specific biomarker of AD, exhibiting a continuous and steep increase along with AD progression. Most importantly, it accurately reflects in vivo tau burden, thereby suggesting its potential usefulness identifying and staging tau pathology in AD. Thus, a high throughput method such as the digital immunoassays using pTau205 antibody and total tau antibody as sandwich pairs would be of great use in clinical settings and clinical trials.
