B7-H6, also known as NCR3LG1, is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein of the B7 family that selectively engages the activating NK cell receptor NKp30 to trigger natural killer (NK) cell cytotoxicity and cytokine release; it is virtually absent from normal adult tissues but is frequently up-regulated on a wide spectrum of hematologic and solid tumors, where its expression correlates with enhanced NK-mediated lysis and serves as an independent prognostic biomarker linked to tumor differentiation, recurrence, and patient survival.
免疫组化
IHC shows positive staining in paraffin-embedded human kidney. Anti- B7-H6 antibody was used at 1/2000 dilution, followed by a HRP Polymer for Mouse & Rabbit IgG (ready to use). Counterstained with hematoxylin. Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris/EDTA buffer pH9.0 was performed before commencing with IHC staining protocol.
Negative control: IHC shows negative staining in paraffin-embedded human cerebral cortex. Anti- B7-H6 antibody was used at 1/2000 dilution, followed by a HRP Polymer for Mouse & Rabbit IgG (ready to use). Counterstained with hematoxylin. Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris/EDTA buffer pH9.0 was performed before commencing with IHC staining protocol.
