背景介绍
  • Growth hormone (GH), also called somatotropin, is a polypeptide hormone secreted mainly by the somatotrophs of the anterior pituitary gland. Growth hormone plays a major role in postnatal growth but is also essential for metabolic regulation. It is mainly used clinically for the classification of pituitary tumors and the study of neuroendocrine tumors.

Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris/EDTA buffer pH9.0 was performed before commencing with IHC staining protocol.

Heat mediated antigen retrieval with EDTA buffer pH9.0 was performed before commencing with IF staining protocol.
