  • Rabbit Anti-V5 Tag Magnetic Agarose is an affinity chromatography medium designed for easy, one-step purification of recombinant V5 tag fusion proteins in E. coli, insect cells and mammalian cells. The recombinant V5 tag fusion proteins can be purified directly from pre-treated cell lysate using Rabbit Anti-V5 Tag Magnetic Agarose. It is the excellent choice for high performance purifications.

    • Rabbit Anti-V5 Tag Magnetic Agarose is used to immunoprecipitate V5-tagged fusion proteins from Escherichia coli lysate supernatant. During elution with Acidic elution buffer, the enriched V5-tagged fusion proteins are released from the magnetic agarose.
