  • Rabbit Anti-FLAG (DYKDDDDK) Tag Magnetic Agarose is an anti-FLAG Rabbit Recombinant monoclonal antibody covalently conjugated to magnetic agarose beads. It can be widely used for immunoprecipitation or purification of fusion proteins or their protein complexes with Flag tags.

    • Rabbit Anti-FLAG (DYKDDDDK) Tag Magnetic Agarose is used to immunoprecipitate FLAG-tagged fusion proteins from HEK293T cell lysates. During elution with Acidic elution buffer, the enriched FLAG-tagged fusion proteins are released from the magnetic agarose.
      SDS-PAGE analysis was performed.
      Lane 1: Input
      Lane 2: Flow-through
      Lane 3: FLAG-tagged fusion protein
      Lane 4: Rabbit IgG Isotype Control Magnetic Agarose
