背景介绍

  • Thyroid transcription factor 1 (TTF-1), also known as NKX2-1, is the term preferred by pathologists for this protein; it is also widely used in immunohistochemistry for identifying thyroid or lung as sites of origin for tumours of unknown primary sites.

  • 免疫荧光

    • IF shows positive staining in paraffin-embedded human thyroid cancer. Anti- TTF-1 (Alexa Fluor® 488 Conjugate) antibody was used at 1/100 dilution (Green) and incubated overnight at 4°C. Counterstained with DAPI (Blue). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with EDTA buffer pH9.0 was performed before commencing with IF staining protocol.
