  • PDHA1, or pyruvate dehydrogenase E1 subunit alpha 1, is a crucial component of the pyruvate dehydrogenase complex (PDHc), which is a mitochondrial multienzyme complex that catalyzes the conversion of pyruvate to acetyl-CoA and CO2, providing a primary link between glycolysis and the tricarboxylic acid (TCA) cycle. Phosphorylation of PDHA1 at Ser293 (PDHA1 phospho S293) is an important regulatory modification that affects the activity of the PDH complex, which is crucial for the regulation of glucose metabolism and fatty acid oxidation, which are sensitive targets for insulin action.

我们推荐客户使用TPST+5%脱脂奶粉来稀释一抗，进行封闭。 虽然BSA被推荐为WB检测磷酸化蛋白的常用封闭剂，但是脱脂奶粉获取更加方便，覆盖更广泛的非特异性结合位点，在一抗性能优越的前提下，使用脱脂奶粉封闭性价比更高
