Reconstitute the lyophilized powder with deionized water to a final concentration of 0.5 mg/ml.储存条件
The lyophilized product remains stable up to 1 year at -20 °C from date of receipt. Upon reconstitution, it can be stored for 2-3 weeks at 2-8 °C or for up to 12 months at -20 °C . -80 °C for longer storage. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.

Pembrolizumab, sold under the brand name Keytruda, is a humanized antibody used in cancer immunotherapy that treats melanoma, lung cancer, head and neck cancer, Hodgkin lymphoma, stomach cancer, cervical cancer, and certain types of breast cancer. It is administered by slow intravenous injection. It is an IgG4 isotype antibody that blocks a protective mechanism of cancer cells, allowing the immune system to destroy them. It targets the programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) receptor of lymphocytes by blocking its interaction with PD-L1, resulting in the activation of T-cell-mediated immune responses against tumor cells.

ELISA binding of Anti-Pembrolizumab Recombinant Rabbit mAb (SDT-825-61) rabbit with Pembrolizumab. While the antibody partly cross react with the human IgG4 control (data not shown). When it is used as capture antibody in Pembrolizumab Sandwich ELISA, Sandwich ELISA reult show no cross reactivity with Human IgG4 control and human total IgG.
