This antibody recognizes the same epitope as clone 2.4G2. All of the Fcγ receptors (FcγR) belong to the immunoglobulin superfamily and are the most important Fc receptors for inducing phagocytosis of opsonized (marked) microbes. This family includes several members, FcγRI (CD64), FcγRIIA (CD32), FcγRIIB (CD32), FcγRIIIA (CD16a), FcγRIIIB (CD16b), which differ in their antibody affinities due to their different molecular structure. CD16/CD32 are expressed on natural killer cells, monocytes, macrophages, dendritic cells (at low levels), Kupffer cells, granulocytes, mast cells, B lymphocytes, immature thymocytes, and some activated mature T lymphocytes.

Flow cytometric analysis of BALB/c mouse splenocytes labeling mouse CD16/CD32 antibody at 1/2000 (0.1 μg) dilution / (right panel) compared with a Rat IgG, Isotype Control / (left panel). Goat Anti - Rat IgG Alexa Fluor® 488 was used as the secondary antibody. Then cells were stained with CD45R/B220 - Alexa Fluor 647 separately. Gated on total viable cells.
Flow cytometric analysis of C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes labeling CD90.2 - FITC after incubated for 30 min on ice in Mouse FcR Blocking Reagent at 1 µg/test (Red) to block FC receptors and non-specific protein compared with PBS (Black). Gated on total viable cells
免疫细胞化学
ICC shows positive staining in BALB/c splenocytes cells. Anti-Mouse CD16/CD32 antibody was used at 1/500 dilution (Green) and incubated overnight at 4°C. Goat polyclonal Antibody to Rat IgG - H&L (Alexa Fluor® 488) was used as secondary antibody at 1/1000 dilution. The cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with 0.1% PBS-Triton X-100. Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (Blue).
