背景介绍

CD81 (encoded by the CD81 gene) deficiency is a human autosomal recessive disorder also resulting in hypogammaglobulinemia. CD81 is a tetraspanin molecule expressed on immune cells, hepatocytes, and most stromal and epithelial cells, unlike CD19 and CD21 which are mostly expressed on B cells.

- IHC shows positive staining in paraffin-embedded human tonsil. Anti-CD81 antibody was used at 1/200 dilution, followed by a HRP Polymer for Mouse & Rabbit IgG (ready to use). Counterstained with hematoxylin. Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris/EDTA buffer pH9.0 was performed before commencing with IHC staining protocol.
