背景介绍
  • β-tubulin is a 55 kDa protein that forms a heterodimer with alpha tubulin to make tubulin, the primary component of microtubules. Microtubules are rigid, hollow fibers that make up the cell's structural framework (the cytoskeleton).

    • Flow cytometric analysis of HeLa cells labelling β-tubulin (FITC Conjugate) antibody at 1/50 (1 μg) dilution/ (red) compared with a Rabbit monoclonal IgG (Black) isotype control and an unlabelled control (cells without incubation with primary antibody and secondary antibody) (Blue).

    • ICC shows positive staining in HeLa cells. Anti-β-tubulin (FITC Conjugate) antibody was used at 1/200 dilution and incubated overnight at 4°C. The cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with 0.1% PBS-Triton X-100. Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI.
