背景介绍
- 脑钠肽原N端片段(N-terminal-prohormone Brain Natriuretic Peptide, NT-proBNP)分子量为8.5kDa，属于利钠肽家族蛋白，也被称为B型脑钠肽，具有利钠、利尿、舒张血管等作用。NT-proBNP主要由心室肌细胞合成并分泌，心室负荷过高、室壁张力提升等心功能障碍是刺激NT-proBNP分泌的主要条件，并且这些刺激因素的强度与NT-proBNP的含量成正比。因此，NT-proBNP能够强特异性、高灵敏度地反映心室功能的变化，是临床上非常重要的心衰标志物，在早期心力衰竭筛查、预后评估等多方面发挥着不可替代的作用。 本产品系由表达型大肠杆菌BL21(DE3)重组表达的人源NT-proBNP蛋白，且N端融合了由6个组氨酸构成的His-Tag，经多步纯化后过滤除菌、分装冻干制成。
