Leu16 scFv is a single-chain variable fragment derived from the murine anti-human CD20 monoclonal antibody Leu16, which retains the specific antigen-binding activity of the parental antibody by linking the variable heavy chain and variable light chain via a flexible peptide linker. As a classic CD20-targeted small-molecule antibody fragment, it features low molecular weight, strong tissue penetration, low immunogenicity, and no Fc segment interference compared with full-length monoclonal antibodies. CD20 is a highly expressed and stable surface biomarker on mature B lymphocytes and most B-cell malignancies, making Leu16 scFv a core targeting module for B-cell related immunotherapy research, and it has been widely optimized and applied in genetic engineering and immunological studies due to its excellent specificity and binding affinity for CD20 epitopes.
流式分析
Flow cytometric analysis of Leu16 scfv Protein expression on human PBMC (human peripheral blood mononuclear cell). Human PBMC were stained with Leu16 scfv Protein (right panel) at 1ug/test or unlabel (left panel). Whitlow/218 Linker (E3U7Q) Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody conjugated PE was used as the secondary antibody. Flow cytometry and data analysis were perfommed using Agilent NovoCyte Quanteon and FlowJorM software.
