2C6 scFv is a recombinant single-chain variable fragment derived from human monoclonal antibody 76-Q3-2C6 isolated from HIV long-term nonprogressors. Constructed by linking the heavy and light variable domains of parental 2C6 antibody via a flexible peptide linker, this small antibody fragment specifically recognizes a conserved, nonlinear conformational epitope on the ectodomain of HIV-1 gp41 across multiple viral clades. It exhibits potent ADCC activity against HIV envelope trimers rather than strong neutralization capacity, and is widely engineered for CAR-T construction, viral detection, and AIDS therapeutic research owing to its low molecular weight, superior tissue penetration and easy prokaryotic/eukaryotic expression.

Flow cytometric analysis of 2C6 scfv Protein expression on human PBMC (human peripheral blood mononuclear cell). Human PBMC were stained with 2C6 scfv Protein (right panel) at 1ug/test or unlabel (left panel). G4S Linker (E7O2V) Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody conjugated Alexa Fluor® 488 was used as the secondary antibody. Flow cytometry and data analysis were perfommed using Agilent NovoCyte Quanteon and FlowJorM software.
