C11D5.3 scFv is a recombinant single-chain variable fragment derived from mouse anti-human BCMA IgG1 monoclonal antibody clone C11D5.3, targeting BCMA (CD269) which is highly and selectively expressed on multiple myeloma and malignant B lymphoma cells; constructed by linking the VH and VL domains of the parent antibody via a flexible peptide linker, this small fragment retains robust specific binding to human BCMA and serves as the most widely adopted antigen-recognition extracellular domain for BCMA-targeted CAR-T constructs, including the FDA-approved CAR therapy Abecma, and is recombinantly produced for preclinical immunotherapy research, CAR detection assays and affinity characterization.

Flow cytometric analysis of C11D5.3 scfv Protein expression on U266B1(Human multiple myeloma B lymphocyte, Right) cells.The right panel was stained with C11D5.3 scfv Protein at 1ug/test and left panel was unlabel. APC anti-His Tag Antibody was used as the secondary antibody. Flow cytometry and data analysis were perfommed using Agilent NovoCyte Quanteon and FlowJorM software.
